Subscription Delays?
**Update Please Read — Subscription Error Notification – we recently found out that 54 names were missing from our mailing list for issue 7. This error affected individuals who purchased in Late November and early December. All missing names were recovered today (1/27/2012) and the shipment will post tomorrow morning (1/28/2012). We apologize for any inconvenience and we appreciate all our subscribers who bear with us as we continue to learn to get better at producing and shipping this magazine.**

Herp Nation Magazine is a bi-monthly magazine, which means you should be getting a new issue every two months. Occasionally, there are reasons why your subscription may be delayed. If you are concerned about the arrival of your issue, please read below.
The most common reason is a simple address error. If the address housed in our database has an error, the postal service may never deliver your magazine. Since the magazines are shipped through bulk mail, undeliverable issues are not returned to us, and we will never know about it! So if you think this may be happening to you, drop us an email and we will be glad to verify your address.
Another reason may be that your magazine was lost in the mail. While this is uncommon, it does happen with a large shipment of magazines. If you are missing an issue, please let us know so we can send you another copy it right away.
Sometimes we have not achieved press readiness at the two-month mark. While we strive to be bi-monthly, we also want to give you the BEST magazine about reptiles and amphibians. That means that if an issue is not quite perfect, we will always choose a delay in order to publish a magazine of the quality you expect. We understand you want the magazine you paid for in a timely and consistent manner—we want that too! But the reality is that we are not a giant corporation spitting out issues every month in order to maintain steady advertising revenue. Instead, we are a small volunteer team, working with a great community to build a dream of a better reptile and amphibian magazine. We sincerely thank you for all your support. If you still have any concerns about your subscription, please email scottwaters@herpnation.com or Jeremiaheaster@herpnation.com
